StickFusion™ (cardio & muscle conditioning)

This new and exciting total body workout combines the best of traditional western kickboxing with the ancient weaponry art of Filipino Kali. With the use of a foam padded stick, learn Kali’s essential angles of attack to sharpen eye/ hand coordination and striking proficiency. Enhance agility skills with explosive mobility patterns by which to evade and deliver attacks. Explore how this weaponry art interchanges into empty hand self defense with a free flowing exotic art from Indonesia. This high energy cardio workout will blend the strength and balance of hand and body in motion.

Ki’Paz- (peaceful spirit)

Experience a powerful, yet tranquil workout influenced by the indigenous art from Indonesia, Silat. This close quarter self defense art is interpreted in a unique blend to re-energize and revitalize both mind and body. Djurus (similar to katas) are the fundamental building blocks of Silat that train and educate upper and lower body movement. You will learn a sequence of slow, rhythmic hand and foot postures which will promote agility, balance, coordination, and positive awareness for a happier, healthier well being.
